Only the verified users will be able to place the withdrawal requests.
The bank account details should be unique and should not be present under any other MPP11 user account.
Each bank holds unique IFSC code and it is 11 digit alphanumeric code. The users must ensure to provide the right IFSC in order to avoid any cancellation of the withdrawal request.
If the location of the bank belongs to any of the Embargoed States( Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland and Telangana), the transaction will not be processed.
The name on the PAN card, name on the MPP11 account and the name on the Bank from which the user is placing the request should be the same.
Valid personal email address should be updated on the MPP11 user account before placing the withdrawal request
Once the request is placed, it will take a maximum of 3-7 business days for the request to be processed from the date of submission.
After 7 business days, if the amount still do not reflect in your bank account, we request the users to contact MPP11 support team with the copy of Password protected bank statements issued by the respective Bank.
MPP11 considers the bank account information provided by the users is accurate. Based on this information, any withdrawal requests on the user account will be processed. Once this is done,
MPP11 is not liable for any wrong/incorrect information provided by the user while placing the withdrawal request, incase of transaction failures or funds being transferred to different bank account
Withdraw Limit- The minimum amount for a single withdraw request is Rs. 100 and Maximum amount can be withdrawn is Rs. 50,000
Withdrawals are processed only from Monday to Friday and funds are not disbursed on the weekends.
Once the transactions are processed, please allow 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank accounts.
